I am very disappointed.I actually believe the picture/ description of the item changed. Because this is not what I remember ordering, and viewing. When it was delivered I opened it to find what looks like a ugly jumbo child's earser with a key ring attached. What I ordered was a circular metal piece with a dome look to the top with the cancer sign inside. Then got this. Won't give this as a gift. Too cheap & not cuteNice I love it!Item looks nothing like the picture. Looks and feels cheapI thought I had a one of a kind could have made it myself smhdCheap. I got this to mail to a find for birthday gift.The chain broke off the rubber the first time she used it as a keychain.Not worth the money
