They are good quality, very pretty and I love the inspirational messages they have!I do outreach to 16-20 year olds and we use fun to challenge them to think about something positive. These keychains were PERFECT. They had to tell us what the word meant to them and got to keep the keychain. I kept one to put my work keys on. The quality is good. Just pay attention to the size. I am a woman with smallish hands and need to fight to get it on my wrist. If you're getting this for larger hands and wrists it's going to be a tussle.These are cute...
